Customer Service Reps Wanted Work from Home! $8.50 -$12.50 an hr
Global Clear Communications Inc. is contracting Customer Service reps to work from home for fortune 500 companies. Your responsibilities will include taking incoming calls from from customers and assist in servicing their accounts in a professional and polite manner.
This is a work from home self employed opportunity you will be required to work a minimum of 20hrs a week including weekends up to a maximum of 60.
1099 W2 employment.

Job Responsibilities:
•Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
•Provide customers with product and service information.
•Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
•Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
•Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
•Complete call logs and reports.
•Research billing issues.
•Research misapplied payments.
•Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
•Recommend process improvements.
•Other duties as assigned

•High level of PC knowledge including familiarity with a Windows XP environment

•Ability to get along with others, accept constructive feedback and exhibit a positive attitude
•Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers

•Must be able to type a minimum of 30 wpm

Our client, a specialized call center service provider, has an IMMEDIATE NEED as it expands its services in the healthcare and pharmaceutical market. We are currently seeking several medical interviewers as we expand this service throughout the globe. The position is a flexible, part-time and 100% work from home/telecommuting position.
In this position you will:
- work from home as an independent contractor with flexible hours
- answer inbound calls from patients
- read a pre-written script and asking the scripted medical qualifier questions
- accurately enter data into the computer system
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- have Min 4-year degree, prefer experience or interest in health sciences/healthcare. Ideal if you are a Nurse (RN/LPN/LVN), biotech scientist, Pharm D/pharmacist, Doctor, Foreign Medical Doctor, Physician's Assistant, PhD or similar licensed medical professional, we are looking to staff for patient contact center work for conducting medical questionnaires over the phone. Must have US-based credentials -- either medical license or education. Hours are flexible.
- have a computer with broadband internet access (not provided by, or reimbursed by the company)
- Landline phone service
- Have availability of at least 20 hours per week in one hour timeslots between Monday and Friday, 8am -- 11pm, EST .
- have basic computer skills
- average or better typing skills
- have a reasonably quiet setting in which to work
- be comfortable understanding and pronouncing complex medical terms
- have excellent patient interaction skills
- have excellent customer service and phone skills
- be exceptionally diligent and reliable
- be able to work independently
- fluent in written and spoken English
