Entry Level Technical Support/CSR-Work at Home (Austin, TX)

Staffmark is currently seeking motivated individuals for an entry level temp-to-hire opportunity with a mobile phone servicing company. This is a great opportunity to have the ability to work from home with a regular weekly paycheck. The primary responsibilities will be to field inbound calls and emails from customers regarding technical issues with mobile devices, customer portal website and provide general customer service.

We are looking for people outside or inside the Austin metro area. There will be required onsite training located at the company site in North Austin.

Duties:
Answer inbound calls regarding customer service and technical support related issues
1st Level Resolution
Liaison to Mobile Carriers
Email support (responding to emails on a timely basis)
Document calls/emails into database while following certain processes

Requirements

Must be able to attend paid training for 3 weeks in North Austin
Must have work-at-home set up (computer/laptop, land/mobile phone, and internet connection)
1-2 years of call center experience.
Must maintain a high level of professionalism.
Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely over the telephone.
Ability to multi-task.
Must have knowledge of basic computer function and internet connectivity.
Must have excellent typing skills and written skills

Job description

A LiveWorld Senior Moderation Manager leads a team of Moderation Managers, overseeing our client relationships and helping our Moderation Management team develop -- with plenty of social media savvy.

Job requirements
A Senior Moderation Manager leads a team of up to 8 Moderation Managers who have both direct client management and staff supervisory, including
* Overall responsibility for client relationship management
* Direct responsibility for a team of Moderation Managers and Specialists
* Indirect responsibility for a team of hundreds of part time Moderators
* Participating in quarterly client reviews
* Meeting regularly with clients and team members, both remotely and on site
* Being on call several times each month to oversee moderator activity and problems

Required skills and traits
* Outstanding communications, presentation and listening skills
* Creative problem solving, capable of both subjective and objective decision making
* Comprehensive knowledge of social media marketing tools and best practices
* Solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative performance metrics and insights

Project Designer for Model Home Merchandising Company (N. Austin)

We are looking for an experienced Project Designer who has worked in the model home merchandising/designing industry. You will work on various projects from ordering furniture or art for a model to selecting the specifications for the model (paint, carpet, tile, etc.) and installing the model at time of completion. Single-doctor family dental practice is looking for an extremely special person to fill the role of managing the front-office (this is not a glorified receptionist position).
