Duties:
* Maintains a home office PC, USB Headset and high speed Internet Service.
* Contacts candidates by using own PC, (no Macs), and web auto-dialer.
* Uses a web based script and gets caller to speak with a "College Advisor"
* Completes transfer by connecting caller with "College Advisor".
* Maintains operations by following policies and procedures.

Database Designer (real estate) (Baton Rouge)
This is a one time contract job. Need someone to design a real estate database using a program such as Access or Sql. The database will be used to track information related to apartment rental information so some understanding of real estate would be helpful.
Can work at home but will need to report to the office a few times to get assignment and review progress. Compensation based on experience but anticipate paying about $2,500 for the doing the project. Will be doing this for the Latter & Blum Commercial Real Estate.
