Technical Support Technician for Software Company (Pacific Time Zone)

Cole Valley Software, a leading supplier of CRM system to Professional Services clients is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to work within our Support department. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving client issues relating to the implementation, administration and use of the company's products. These products are implemented in a Client/Server or Web environment and require knowledge and experience with networking environments and distributed applications.

The ideal candidate will have:
BS or Associate Degree or equivalent certification
 3+ years of Windows computer and network support experience
Ability to work from 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific time (Preferably Pacific Time Zone location)

 Experience with the following technologies:  
Microsoft Windows Server 2003+, XP, Vista and Windows 7 Operating Systems  
SQL Server and SQL Express 2005+
Strong SQL skills 
Microsoft Exchange/Outlook  Microsoft Office 2003 + Suite of Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
 A strong self starter's work ethic and "can-do" attitude
 Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment  
Comfortable working in a high growth entrepreneurial environment
 The ability to learn quickly, comfort working with minimal direction, and a desire to grow professionally  
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
 Dependable, reliable, and professional

You will be expected to:  
Provide end-user client support in a multi-site environment
Troubleshoot client issues quickly and efficiently
Implement company's products in end-user client environments 
Assist clients with software upgrades  
Update CRM systems with client related activities and issues
Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to resolve issues as needed  
Document all bugs discovered and enhancement requests  
Assist with internal IT issues as required.
