Part Time - Work at Home
A rapidly growing Canton based appointment scheduling company is looking for an individual to join our organization as a Scheduling Assistant.
The Scheduling Assistant will work as an integral part of a high level Financial Executive Sales Team.
In this role the Scheduler's sole responsibility will be to schedule meetings for their assigned experienced Financial Sales Executive. The meetings to be scheduled are between the Sales Executive and their approved Financial Advisors located within their respective territory.
This is a business to business based relationship among established accounts. There is no cold calling or sales involved in this position.
Part Time Parameters:
This position is part time (20 hours per week) working from your own home. To be considered for the position the candidate must be able to commit and work a set 4 hour scheduled block daily Monday through Friday during the business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Shifts available are as follows:
9:00a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
12:00p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This is not a flex time position. Shift hours are established at the onset of the hiring process.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Daily appointment scheduling via the phone and email for professionals in the Financial Service industry.

• Manage inbound/outbound phone calls, voicemails, and emails.

• Strategic mapping of geographic territories along with researching and planning daily itineraries

• Posting all appointments on an online web based calendar.

• Responsible for 20 -25 appointment bookings per week per Sales Executive assigned.



Candidate Qualifications:
• Scheduling Assistant must reside in Massachusetts.

• A successful candidate must be an energetic, professional person who is a very reliable, detail oriented self-starter who requires minimum direction to succeed.

• Ability to overcome objections

• Ability to cultivate relationships with senior executives through phone and e-mail contact.

• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Uphold the highest level of phone etiquette.

• Have a proven track record of strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to work out of your home and provide a computer (must be a PC and not a Mac), high speed internet access, and dedicated phone line. The home office must be a noise-free, dedicated professional environment.

• Must have strong working knowledge of Personal Computers and the Windows operating system.

• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Email is a must.

• Applicant must be able to attend training classes which is provided and paid for by the company upon start date.

• Must possess previous executive administrative experience or customer service experience.

• Must have a background in working independently and completing tasks on time and within defined parameters.

• Prior experience with scheduling and telecommuting is a plus, as is experience in the Financial Services industry.

Short Term Foreign Language Consultant (Harvard Square/Home)
