Remote Technical Support Agents Needed- Evening/Afternoon Hours (SC)

"teleNetwork is hiring Technical Support Representatives! Positions are available either at one of our call center locations in Austin & San Marcos, Texas -OR- you can work at home from the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.

We are currently running training sessions in the evening. Our training times run from 5-10pm CST. We are looking for agents who can work mid-day to evening hours.

What You Need:

• Computer requirements:
  • Desktop 32-bit Windows XP Home or Professional, with Service Pack 3
  • Desktop 32-bit Windows Vista Ultimate, Business, Home Premium, with Service Pack 2
  • Desktop 32-bit Windows 7 Ultimate, Professional, and Home Premium (no Service Pack)
• Be able to work a minimum of 20-25 hours a week OR full time hours
  • Either option will require you to work weekends and holidays
  • Training is usually 3-4 weeks and you would need to be available to train full time hours (even if you accept a part time schedule)
• Quiet work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during your scheduled work shift.
