Our company mails out over 1.5 million letters each week to new home owners. The homeowners fill out a questionnaire and mail back the request for coverage to us. We simply call that exclusive lead and set appointment. NO COLD CALLING! We meet the customer in their home, find the right type of mortgage protection they need and write the policy. Also, we market and promote fixed indexed annuities and indexed universal life products that solve most of the baby boomers retirement issues.
Whether you are an industry leader or do not have any experience, not a problem. We will train you and help you get all required state licensing. You work from home and set your own hours.
Compensation and benefits:
Part time: $20,000 - $47,000 / commission based + over riding income
Full time: $50,000 - $120,000 / commission based + over riding income
Company paid vacations to qualifying agents

Even though you will be working from home, you will need to be available to answer the phone throughout the day for incoming sales calls. We will provide the incoming phone service. We will also train you to work our online system for running the business. The person we hire for this position will have the freedom of working from home, but all activity is recorded, so we are able to see exactly what you are doing and how much time you are actually working. We want you to enjoy your position and have the freedoms of working on your own, but we will need to see work being done each day. Because we are an online business, we never close. Although our store is never closed, we do give Sundays off. If you are selected for this position, You will not be required to work on Saturdays, but you will need to login to the database at the end of the day to check for orders.

Job Description:
• The Database Administrator ( UDB / DB2 DBA ) should have 4+ Years of UDB database technology experience with concentration in EEE / DPF
• In depth experience with DB2 UDB EEE / DPF database installation, configuration and upgrade on AIX / Linux platforms
• Table space management of DPF databases
• Excellent knowledge of Database backup and recovery of very large databases, typically multi terabytes
• Expert level troubleshooting knowledge of data warehouse type UDB databases
• Expert level of performance and tuning skills related to UDB EEE/DPF databases
• Excellent knowledge of UDB database/instance tuning, optimizing complex SQL statements for best possible performance.
• Awareness of SAN technology (SRDF) and VCS to support highly available environments
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple UDB version, instances with multiple operating system platform
• The Database Administrator (DBA) should have good scripting skills to create and maintain shell scripts to automate various database related tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of incident management and change management processes
