CALL CENTER PROJECT MANAGER
FIRST LEVEL CALL CENTER MANAGER
Initially, you, as a CALL CENTER PROJECT MANAGER, will contribute to the growth of this company by leading ONE our key campaigns: which currently include appointment setting, customer acquisition, prospect posting programs, live transfer programs and various sales projects (B2C or B2B).
WE HAVE OUTBOUND AND INBOUND CAMPAIGNS for you to manage.

You will play a critical role in driving team performance and results. This is a highly collaborative role and success is dependent on the ability to communicate effectively with not only with management and clients but also to strike a balance between creating a cohesive team and also encouraging individual agents to achieve individual success!

1NW Contact is a cloud based virtual contact center company utilizing Work At Home agents on all of our campaigns. Projects span both inbound and outbound calling campaigns. Inbound projects include customer service, order taking, sales, appointment setting, surveys, call routing, etc. Outbound programs involve calling programs for B2C and B2B. These programs involve appointment setting, qualification of prospects for a live transfer, overcoming objections and selling, customer satisfaction surveys and post-sale follow-up programs. We serve a variety of market segments including financial services, direct response TV and radio, healthcare, insurance, education, business and consumer and internet marketing.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
We seek a person who has:
•VIRTUAL WORKFORCE/WORK-AT-HOME CALL CENTER MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
•Minimum of 3 years of telemarketing team leadership
•Minimum of 3 years call center management and supervision
••Experience in training, script development, and quality assurance monitoring
•Knowledge of predictive dialers and list management is a plus
•Understanding of compliance requirements (privacy, telemarketing, PCI) and compliance regulations such as DNC.
•Ability to analyze issues and articulate appropriate solutions
•Ability to embrace and implement change and adapt accordingly
•Good communication skills, including the ability to tailor communication to the audience to achieve desired results

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Produce results!
•Launch new projects which includes testing, implementation, reporting, forecasting, scripting, process control and training
•Manage Independent Contractors by using key performance metrics, including: conversion rates, handle time, costs, activations, churn and similar performance indicators
•Manage agent scheduling, training and motivation; ensure that teams are staffed and trained properly at all times
•Implement and manage dialing strategies for multiple campaigns by evaluating dialing strategies and working to improve results through compilation, analysis and reporting
•Participate in brainstorming sessions, provide feedback and execute on new tactics and strategies that improve campaign and agent performance
•Work with management in the creation of ongoing agent incentives and training initiatives
•Provide and update daily, weekly and monthly detailed call center reports for all campaigns
•Achieve revenue goals!

1NW Contact is a work-at-home virtual company. You will need a home office equipped with a phone, a PC and a broadband internet connection. We have our own intranet, training system (LMS) and recruiting/on-boarding system. We use the Five9 Virtual Call Center Suite for all of our campaigns.
