POSITION SUMMARY
You will be responsible to coach and teach Link consumers in developing and enhancing their independent living skills (including but not limited to leisure, work, time and money management, good health, safety and habit development) in accordance with their Life Plan. You are also responsible for the health, safety and providing emotional support to the consumers we serve. Provide supervision and guidance to consumers in all life settings. Assure quality services that are in compliance with all accreditation guidelines and organizational standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist consumers with preparation of meals in accordance with their diets, weekly shopping for supplies, and cleaning their home. Work with consumers to ensure residence meets agency standards of cleanliness. Responsible for the medical needs and welfare of Link consumers and distributes medication appropriately. Plan, prepare and distribute a variety of training activities in the community, work and home settings. Ensure environments are comfortable, productive and stimulating. Complete and submit as instructed all required documentation in a manner that is legible, timely, accurate, and inclusive of all required information.

Once hired, you will work with Jyoti Jeerage, our local Faculty Manager, to choose class assignments that best fit your schedule.
- Classes typically meet on nights and or weekends
