Apppointment Setting Veterans (Mid-West / Eastern)

About the Position:
This position will hone your prospecting, cold calling and influencing skills as you set appointments for the best technology brands with C-level and other executives. You will develop a breadth of knowledge including the latest IT products, as well as standard ones that comprise over 60% of all corporate IT purchases. You will use a cloud based CRM solution customized for efficient appointment setting.

Ideal candidates will have experience prospecting C-Level, VP Level and/or Director Level contacts at mid-tier companies, large companies, and Fortune 500 companies. This requires the ability to deliver a strong eloquent value proposition, understand and qualify client needs, assess business issues/pain points, and set qualified sales appointments.

Job Responsibilities:
- Meet weekly appointment goals
- Read, understand and follow company guidelines and procedures
- Customize scripting based on product information and recommended scripting provided to you
- Conduct web research and navigate organizations to uncover appropriate contacts
- Heavy phone prospecting in order to set qualified appointments; develop utilizing a conversational approach to uncover and qualify new business opportunities
- Set client sales meetings and/or qualified follow ups for our clients Outside Sales Teams

Qualifications:
o Demonstrated ability to develop qualified appointments
o Excellent communication, time management skills
o Cold Calling Experience - minimum of 5-7 years of inside or direct sales experience
o Appointment setting and/or lead qualifying experience
o Experience with web research tools and navigation of large organizations to uncover executive level contacts
o Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work independently
o Home Office with high speed internet, newer computer, Microsoft Outlook (Required) and Office 2004 or newer, and telephone land line with unlimited long distance
o Salesforce.com experience is preferred
