Bookeeper/Administrative Assistant (Minneapolis)

We are a small 2-3 person office in South Minneapolis (near 35W and 46th) looking for a new bookkeeper/admin who will perform very detail-oriented work. The work is not difficult, just very detailed. You will also cross-train with the current admin in regard to the real estate and property management side of the business.

We are a small real estate company that also has several rental properties. Our bookkeeping needs are very basic, as we have an accountant who does most of the heavy-lifting. The bookkeeping aspect involves entering receipts and performing monthly bank reconciliations on multiple accounts. There are also year-end reports that need to be run. Most of the work at this time involves paying invoices and then submitting those invoices to request reimbursement on bank-owned properties. This is very, very detailed-oriented work.

You must have a flexible schedule for the first few months.
