Technical Project Manager- Work from home (Malvern)

We are seeking a strong "technical" project manager. Someone with prior experience in managing IT, Software, or Technical Services related projects. This position is based in Malvern, PA but this position can be completed from home. There may be occasional meetings that will be required to be determined in the future.

Summary:
Independently or under general direction of a Senior Project Manager, oversees high-priority projects,
which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration. In addition to
duties of a Project Manager, takes projects from original concept through final implementation.

adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. May communicate with a company

English Tutor positions (starting on May 14) – Work at Home!

Hello!

Talkool is an online English teaching service company, and provides one-on-one English lessons taught on the phone.
Our students are all adult learners, business professionals, office workers, etc., in S. Korea.

With an increasing demand of business people who want to learn English during their busy schedule at their convenience,
our business is expanding, and we have dozens of openings to fill as below:

1. Positions available: English Tutors, starting on May 14, 2012

2. Available Shifts : 5am-10am, Mon/Wed/Fri or 5pm-10pm, Sun/Tue/Thu, both EST, a few Mon-Fri or Sun-Thu positions(same hours) available, too

3. What you need: Computer, Internet access, phone line, headset (all your responsibility)

4. We are looking for somebody who is/has:
- a Native English speaker with minimum 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience or related teaching qualification, e.g. CELTA
- University degree required
- Friendly, energetic, supportive, courteous with a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Minimum 4 months commitment

5. Your responsibilities
- Check your schedules daily and teach all scheduled lessons on time
- Correct students' mistakes during the lesson
- Give the students written feedback for each lesson on the online lesson note
- Perform Level tests as assigned
- Keep professional manner throughout the lessons
- Report problems regarding lessons, students, connection issues, etc. to the Office

6. How our lesson works:
- You need to log onto our system where you can check your lesson schedules, initiate lesson calls and access the textbooks online.
- Most of our lessons last 10 minutes (some 20min), and you will have maximum 4 lessons per hour with 5 minutes interval between each lesson.
- During the interval, you will need to fill in the online feedback and get ready for the next lesson.

7. Hourly rate: $9, plus 20% of monthly incentive, which you will get in full if you don't miss any scheduled lessons and don't receive any major complaints from students
(This position is an Independent Contractor position with Talkool with no benefits)
