1ST YR 78K-125K & 130K-180K 2ND "# 1 SALES CAREER" SAYS NY TIMES (OREGON)

Due to the Health Care Bill passed in congress our company is exploding, and is experiencing growth like never before. We are experiencing this growth in both the group and individual health and life markets. Whether you support the new health care reform bill or not, it has been great for our industry and great for a career in the Health & Life Insurance markets. It has put a focus on the importance of these items to all of our lives. A focus that points out how devastated a family can become that experiences a catastrophic health situation when not having the proper coverage.

This position is a Senior Sales Broker and Regional Sales Director's position for one of the top Health & Life Insurance Firms in the U.S. This is a lifetime position if selected for it, as well as a life changing position. Once placed with our company, our brokers very rarely EVER leave. This is a career most only dream of. This company is nothing like any of the other insurance companies that are out there, that are advertising, and making a lot of false promises. We only want the best of the best, and for very good reasons !!

Unlike most of the insurance industry we do not hire just anyone that is simply alive and breathing, or someone that has a pulse and an insurance license. We do not BS our candidates giving them all blue sky while ignoring the reality of what the position is, along with what it takes to be successful at it. We don't have to exaggerate or mislead anyone about this opportunity. It is regarded as one of the most sought after as well as providing our brokers with some of the highest of incomes. This is according to most of the trade magazines and articles written on and about the insurance industry.

The system we use is brand new and unique. We provide all of the training and software to everyone that is selected for the position. There is no exaggeration needed regarding income, it is six figures from year one. This position is designed to be able to be, "a work from home position" (if the person that is selected for it decides to do it that way, and most do), as well as an office position. It is up to the candidates to decide where they would rather work from. Most of our brokers do work from home.

We invest way too much time and money in our training, software, and the technology we provide, to have the need to ever exaggerate or mislead the candidates about the position and the income that it provides. We are at all times honest and upfront with exactly what we are looking for in our candidates, as well as what is expected of them.

The training and software provided allows all of our Brokers to not only make a great income, but also to provide the kind of service to our clients we have become known for. For years insurance agents have not been trained properly. This is a position that requires a very big commitment (from the candidate we select) to complete the training required to be able to do this job properly, and it is all supplied at the company's expense.

The technology we use is years ahead of our competitors. The days of knocking on doors and making cold calls from a phone book are long gone (if you are talking about our system). While 99% of all of the competitors are still using these old, antiquated ways of trying to do business. While our advanced technology (that operates from a platform using the Internet) has also made our system for doing business the very best out there. Our competitors continue to struggle with spending hours driving to appontments. Our success also stems from using lead programs that are the best in the industry, and new ones are always being developed. Our company teaches and provides a complete system that covers all the areas of the profession that Insurance Agents have been lacking knowledge and support in for years.

Our Brokers once selected, trained, and then performing at their position, find themselves in a career that provides not only financial security, but a career that is also rewarding personally. If this position STILL interests you, read on to see if you have the credentials to be able to work with us.

1.) Sales experience a definite plus. Must have good people skills and phone skills. Good computer skills a plus also. Must have self discipline and must be good with time management. Must own a newer personal computer and have a dedicated phone and fax line at home office, (allot of the work is done from home). College degree definitely adds to our interest in the candidate.

2.) Must go through all of the training provided. The system we operate from is an Internet Platform that every Broker must be trained on and learn how to use. It has a large part to do with the success of all of our brokers.

3.) Life / Health Insurance license is a requirement for this opportunity, however if not licensed and candidate is found to have qualifications needed, we will sponsor candidate the licensing opportunity if chosen for this job opportunity.

4.) Up to three interviews can be required for hire. PLEASE DO NOT SEND RESUME UNTIL ASKED TO DO SO. If interested after reading this job description, email name, address, and phone number with best time to call. You will receive a response within 48 hours of receiving an email inquiry, a phone call and or an email reply from us, explaining more about the position. All the training and software required is provided at no cost to you, it is all paid at the expense of the hiring company. This position is one of the best, if not THE BEST, available currently in the insurance industry. It is also one of the highest paying positions that uses the latest in technology while being done.

This job is a career, NOT just another job, only serious inquiries please. If you are not willing to go through the interviewing process, or do not possess these credentials, please do not waste your time or ours. This job is for people who are sincere and are able to commit a minimum of 40 hrs. weekly to a profession. It is a very high income position, that requires time and hard work 5 days a week. We are looking for ambitious hard working people. Help develop and activate new social/ethics project (NW Portland) (NW Portland)

I'm looking for someone to help me with a social action/philosophy project that I've been creating, and that I'm ready to take to the next stage. It is a big, idealistic idea, but one that I think can be practical. I'm ready to start with the part called Implications, which is mostly online, but has many hands-on components. The website, implications.org, needs a little more development, but is now basically functional. I want to work with someone who has skills or training in project development, or related fields, and who also has a grasp of the meaning and worth of this project, who supports this idea and sees a path to beginning it successfully.

I was recently working with someone who helped a lot with the website design, but I've done most of the preparation for this myself, and realize that I need help in thinking all this through and building a feasible plan, as well as implementing it.

There are three main stages: (1) Reviewing the existing website for usability and appearance. This should not take too much time. (2) Discussing and planning the initial stages of Implications, including the monthly meetings, actions, and hiring for investigative reports in each area. This is the main focus now. (3) Exploring all this in the context of the larger operation called Visionary Society, which will have a physical center (first small, then larger) in Portland. The main thing is to explore in detail what the goals are, what is likely to work, and how to accomplish that.

I'd like to pay on an hourly basis, ranging from $15 - $25 depending on experience, and to meet as often as necessary, beginning asap. This could mean a number of meetings lasting several hours each, leading to some work at home, and possibly ongoing work this summer coordinating the new programs. I'll be going to Alaska for the summer, beginning in June, and want to get as much done as possible before then.
Implications is a way for businesses, organizations and individuals to take account of the full range of what they do. It is based on the idea that we have personal resources that we don't use, that we have the power to change the world by the way we interact with the everyday places we use, that we have a right to envision and encourage each other to do better, and that change can happen through this direct, courageous, ethical behavior.

Each place can have its own Implications page, which is a public platform for information, ratings, and concerns (on the full range the effects of the place), requests, and commitment. Requests are small projects that we track, publicize, and mobilize people to take actions for. Implications could be thought of as an alternative to voting: instead of the minimally effective effect of electoral politics, Implications is voting with your mind, heart, and feet.

Now that the Implications site is almost finished, I've started to think about how to get people involved. I doubt that this will happen spontaneously, at least until it reaches a critical mass, so we will need to make a special effort, focusing initially in Portland and Alaska. My original idea was to hold monthly meetings to focus on one business or organization type (restaurants, supermarkets, churches, prisons, etc). Now I'm thinking that it could be more interesting and useful to focus on topics that we want to highlight, either positive or negative -- such as requesting media sources to judge by human potential rather than stock market results, asking churches to expand spirituality to include complicity in daily life, to examine how the profits of a business are used, to profile businesses that accept Meaning Money (see below), and any of countless other examples that uncover and publicize ways in which our daily lives are decent. We are ready to plan all this now.

This area of the site which collects information is meant to be a kind of Wikileaks, but for specific places and focused on underlying issues. Eventually it could function on its own, but to get started we may want to hire assistants, and I am setting aside a budget of about $500 per month for the next six months for this -- we could pay five people each month, at $100 per person, to approach several places each. We will end up with a separate page which we can publicize as a kind of alternative media, and which could be a first step for newcomers to find out about Implications.

For me these projects are a primary life goal, and I started my business (a small hotel in Anchorage called Qupqugiaq Inn) to fund it. It is not a typical 'social enterprise.' I have experimented with a few smaller ideas, such as an alternative school and newspaper, and currently a non-profit in Haiti called People in Need Partnership, but have come to believe that what is most needed is an overall vision for how to build the world we're envisioning into reality. The Occupy movement shows that people are ready for change, but we lack methods to collaborate constructively and effectively.

Implications is meant to be a part of Visionary Society, which is based on the principles of decentralization, collaborative direct action, undogmatic spirituality, and the existence of good, love and beauty. Visionary Society will support Implications and other innovative social projects. One of my goals is to start Visionary Society centers, and it might be possible to rent or buy a small space in Portland next year. It will have unconventional yet serious and structured learning environments, as well as a small café, and other features:

-- Meaning Money. Businesses contribute one percent of sales to Visionary Society members, for social projects that cannot survive in the money system, including alternative media and education.
-- Small newspaper or broadsheet in any participating city to publicize the success or failure of our Requests, as well as actions and classes.
-- 'Beacons', small portable structures, to bring Implications and other projects to public spaces.
-- Wake up, 'collaborative, provocative direct action,' to challenge businesses and organizations to meet the minimum standards of a Code of conduct. It is Gandhian direct action, only looking at everyday situations, in a way that cannot be ignored.
-- Explicit 'Invitations,' with consequences, to become the person capable of Visionary Society.

If you're interested, please take a look at implications.org, and the sample pages now available there. You may also want to look at the video tutorials which give a rundown about the site (it shows a previous version that is not as functional as the current one). To see more functions, you can register on the site, or just sign in with the email guest[at]implications.org and password guest.

If you're not interested in the job described above, you can still get involved, as one of the coordinators with the stipend mentioned above, or as a participant in Implications and related projects. If you'd like to learn more about Implications, we'll probably have an initial introductory by the end of the month, so let me know your email address or return to implications.org in a couple of weeks.

Thanks for reading all this, and please let me know if you have any thoughts, comments, suggestions, or want to discuss this further. Maybe we could have an initial meeting, to decide whether this makes sense to both of us.
