Our company is looking to complete our projects in house instead of brokering them to our international partner.

Skills Required:
Web applications programmer/developer. You must have extensive knowledge of Object Oriented Programming concepts, C, PHP, HTML (without the help of an HTML WYSIWYG editor), JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, MySQL, Microsoft SQL, Stored Procedures, Background Processes, Resource Allocation, Apache and IIS along with solid experience.

Job Summary & Duties:

We are looking for a Local Area Representative to help support our Host Families and Au Pairs in your area. The position is with one of the top Au Pair agencies in the country with over 20 years of experience doing business in the child care industry. Our Au Pair Agency is one of twelve agencies designated by the U.S. Department of State.

The Au Pair Program was established in 1989 by the Department of State to help increase cultural exchange and international relations. An Au Pair is a young adult who comes to the United States to live with a family while providing 45 hours of child care each week in exchange for room and board and a small stipend.

This position is part time, with full-time potential as the number of families and Au Pairs you represent grows. This position is primarily work-from-home. Perfect for stay-at-home parents, part time employees and empty nesters who are well connected in their community. Must be self-motivated, sales-driven and professional.



Responsibilities:


-Calling to introduce themselves to every au pair within 48 hours of her/his arrival at the family's home.

-Arranging an orientation with the host family and au pair meeting within two weeks of arrival. This orientation is designed to help both parties establish a good working relationship, to explain cultural differences the au pair may face, and to acquaint her/him with the area.

-Showing her/him how to open a local bank account.

-Telling the au pair how to obtain a driver's license for the state you're in.

-Explaining what unique educational opportunities exist in your area and how she/he can take advantage of them.

-Introducing the au pair to other au pairs living in your area. This will help her/him start her/his experience in the United States with a circle of friends from many different parts of the world, friendships that may last a lifetime!

-Contacting each host family and aupair monthly to make sure everything is going well.

-Arranging au pair group activities throughout the year. These activities are planned to help the au pair make friends with other au pairs and to build a good relationship with the Local Area Representative.

Our client, a very well-known and highly respected Financial organization, is immediately looking to hire a full-time, permanent Financial Advisor to join their team. This is a very unique opportunity, as this person will be selling its services to a niche market with a 'captive audience.' Our client offers a unique selling structure which includes a low key consultative sales approach. They work under an exclusive endorsement within their target market segment, which is the educational system. Their endorsement helps their Financial Advisors gain access to employees of public education and enables them to market retirement and investment products and services. In other words, by tapping into a captive market and using your networking skills, lead generation is abundant, which means there is no need to "cold call."

Our client's market niche is very specific and includes a target market segment that is extremely consistent and stable. This same niche creates a steady stream of leads for our Advisors, eliminating the need for them to cold call. Instead, they are out building relationships with centers of influence, presenting to large groups of potential clients, and meeting individuals one-on-one to work through the retirement planning process. In addition, there are many territories where they have existing books of business that they are looking to transition to a new advisor to ensure that they are being serviced properly.
