1.) Sales experience a definite plus. Must have good people skills and phone skills. Good computer skills a plus also. Must have self discipline and must be good with time management. 2.) Must go through all of the training provided. The system we operate from is an Internet Platform that every Broker must be trained on and learn how to use. It has a large part to do with the success of all of our brokers.

WORK AT HOME HOLIDAY AGENT ( 1099 IC ) (WASHINGTON)

Blooms Today, a National sales and marketing company for the floral industry, is seeking Independent Contractors (1099) to take sales orders and assist with customer inquiries for the 2012 Mother's Day floral holiday.

The dates for this temporary assignment are between Monday, May 7, 2012 through Monday, May 14, 2012.

During the contract period you will be paid a commission equal to the number of contract hours fulfilled multiplied by a rate of $15.00 per hour.

Ideal candidates will have:
Prior experience as Independent Contractor (MUST have work-at-home call experience)
Scheduling availability for a minimum of six (6) hours per day.
Computer technical skills to join web meetings, set up Instant Messaging account, navigate web-based order entry systems and complete online self-paced training modules.
Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively through electronic forums (ie., email, Instant Messaging, etc.).
Excellent phone manner to assist with customer sales and inquiries.
Dedicated land line with the ability to disable call waiting and call forwarding (MANDATORY).

Qualified candidates will have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
