Looking for an experienced Tier I Technical Support Professional to answer inbound calls from consumers experiencing software, hardware, peripheral, spyware and malware issues.

Job Description:
You will work directly with a private investigator who performs asset investigations, judgment recovery, commercial collections and financial investigations on commercial debtors throughout Florida. Clients range from attorneys, corporations, plaintiffs, judgment recovery agencies, other private investigators and the public. You will initially assist with opening the new agency and assisting with collections activity.
Primary Duties:
Taking telephone calls from clients.
Scheduling appointments and investigations.
Mining data from county databases.
Sending letters.
Assisting with commercial collections activity and calling judgment holders.
Judgment recovery and civil investigative work.
Requirements:
Must be extremely computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, mail merge, and savvy with the Internet.
Self-motivated, organized and results oriented.
Excellent telephone and communication skills.
Must be willing to place cold-calls and commerical collection calls.
Must pass background check.
Must have quiet home office availability and available to answer telephone and speak with clients during most business hours.
