Due to the bad economy, I am looking for any Work-At-Home jobs, even like pasting envelopes. Just NO SALES/ TELEMARKETING jobs please.I am UNable to work outside the home as I need to care for my child with Special Needs. I need flexible hours but will defintely complete my tasks on time as required.
I will appreciate any offers to help me, but please nothing that I need to pay $$ for a kit or whatsoever, and someone calling me to show me how to make BIG $$ ,etc.No SCAMS please.

Customer Sales Consultant – Work From Home (Tucson)
Work at Home Customer Sales ConsultantThe Work at Home Customer Sales Consultant works from an approved workspace in the home where he/she resides and is responsible for responding to telephone inquiries regarding clients billing and service related issues. Additionally, the Customer Sales Consultant will offer products or services to help enhance the customers needs while maintaining a sales quota. Employee must provide a 4 port wired router.

Employees must possess the ability to perform basic troubleshooting procedures and fix minor problems with computer systems.
Internet Access with these minimum specifications:
A reliable, bi-directional, high-speed internet connection capable of 3.0 Megabytes download and 1.0 Megabytes upload speeds.
Wireless internet or satellite service is not acceptable.
Telephone Service with these specifications:
(1) The Work at Home employee does not need to provide phone service. Afni will provide telephone service over the high speed connection.
Afni will provide employees with the following:
* Traditional corded telephone with corded headset
Thin client, key board, and mouse
Hands-free USB headset featuring a microphone and mute button
USB web camera.

Workspace Requirements:
Employees will be required:
To be located in the surrounding Tucson area.
To have a dedicated space with adequate work surface.
To ensure the work space meets ergonomic expectations.
To ensure work environment is free from background noise and distractions. Calls will be monitored for background noise such as pets, children, traffic and other unprofessional disturbances. Should background noise be identified during the call, the work from home assignment may be terminated.

Reporting directly to the recruiter, this position includes tasks such as:

• Data Entry/Organization: Entering jobs or candidate information into our database. Organize and manage paperwork effortlessly.
• Customer Service & Follow-Up: Answer phones, respond to emails, follow-up with candidates consistently, handle customer fulfillment.
• Marketing (not required, but will be part of your role if you enjoy): Post jobs on websites. Social networking- check out sites like Linked In and other social networking forums, find out who we can help with their next career move, and develop relationships. Write articles related to hiring/finding the right job.
The core requirements of this position are a natural ability in persuading others, the ability to connect from your heart with others, researching hard-to-find information easily, and exceptional organization/prioritizing skills. Strong & concise English verbal, written, and comprehension skills, and fast typing speed (at least 65 words per minute) required.
