Tokooe Better Auto Transportation is a new auto transportation brokerage. We service individuals and companies that need to ship their vehicle from one state to another. There are more than 40,000 vehicle transported every month. We do not own trucks. All we do is "brokering" the loads. We take orders from a customer and then find a carrier, a truck, that would pick up their vehicle. For that we charge a service fee.

Job description
As a sales rep, your job will be to follow up on leads, and. . . CLOSING DEALS.
More than 90% of our leads are real warm leads, real people that currently looking for somebody to ship their vehicle. 80%-90% will place an order. . .with somebody. Unfortunately, each of these leads gets quotes from 5-10 different companies. In other words -- you will get real warm leads, but you will have to fight the competition.
All you have to do is to follow up and to close. We do all the rest. You will get fresh real time leads, after they have been quoted already and after they have received a quotation email from you.
If you've done something similar before, I am sure that you get the picture -- it is a numbers game.
You will have to make 200-250 attempts to call every day. About 80% of those will end up as voice mails. The rest will give you the opportunity to "sell yourself" to earn their trust, create rapport and. . .close.
The product is very simple to explain. You don't have to convince your leads to buy, all you need to do is to convince to buy from YOU.
You will have to work no less than 30 hours a week. You want to be able to make calls during your leads' business hours, and after hours, east coast and west coast. As any other commission job. The more you work, the more you close. . .the more you make. Weekends, especially Saturday mornings are great for closing too.
You will have to be very efficient and quick with making calls, sending emails, working with our CRM system and managing your leads.

What we're looking for
- You MUST have relevant sales experience. You must have sold products or services to consumers over the phone.
- You must simply be good over the phone. If you don't "have it". . .you don't.
- You have to be very comfortable with computers -- very quick on sending emails, comfortable with basic CRM functionalities.

Compensation
35% commission only option.

- Within 4 weeks, you will close comfortably 8-15 deals a week. (each deal is about $150.
